Ingredients for eggless avocado mayonnaise
- 115 g mayonnaise or crème fraîche or yoghurt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small bunch of coriander leaves only, coarsely chopped
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons green Tabasco sauce with Jalapeños, adjust to preference
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, you can start with a little Tabasco sauce and add more later.
Blend until you get a homogeneous sauce. Adjust the spiciness to your taste
The sauce can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.

- Cut the avocados in half and remove the large stone.
- Mix all ingredients in a small blender. Adjust the seasoning.
- If necessary, add more garlic powder to taste.
- Pour into a glass jar and store in a cool place.
- Mix well before eating
