Shipment of the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via courier company with tracking number and delivery without signature, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.


Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges are a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

When you buy at tiendadefruta.com, you also acquire the right of withdrawal, you can always cancel your order by calling us by phone before 14:00h the same day we have to send the order.


If the box arrives broken or damaged (due to mishandling by the carrier) and you believe that the fruit has been affected, you can always reject it by indicating the reason on the delivery note. In this case, if you call us immediately, we will send you a new box without you having to pay for the broken one.


If you receive the fruit in a cardboard box from the transport company that is different from ours, we recommend that you reject it, as this is because they have broken our box and have replaced it with one of their own, with the possible loss or mishandling of the fruit.
