  •         Take a cutting board and a sharp knife.
  •         Cut both sides of the core from top to bottom.
  •         You will get three distinct parts: two thick sides called "cheeks", and a central part containing the core.

  •         Take the two fleshiest parts - the cheeks - and cut them with a paring knife to get equal-sized cuts. Be careful not to pierce the skin.
